This policy explains what personal data incrementalvalue ("we") collects when you visit this website, join the D2C Growth Cohort or book the Founder Growth Audit, and how we use it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, WhatsApp number, email, your current stage (for example, how long you've run ads) and the plan you choose.
- For the audit: your brand name, website, monthly ad spend range, the platforms you use, the problem you describe, your booking time, and anything you show or share with us during the call.
- Payment details: handled by our payment gateway. We receive payment status and reference IDs, not your card or bank details.
- Usage data: pages and sections viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and campaign tags (UTM) from the link you came from.
- Cookies and pixels: we may use analytics tools and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and understand how the page is used.
2. Why we use it
- To enrol you, confirm payment and add you to the right batch.
- To contact you on WhatsApp and email about the cohort, including reminders and follow-ups if you start but don't finish payment.
- To improve this page and measure how our ads perform.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the cohort: payment gateway, hosting, analytics, Meta (for ad measurement), our booking calendar (Calendly), and WhatsApp and email messaging tools. Account data you show us during an audit is used only for your audit and is never shared. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enrolment and payment records as long as required by law. Leads who did not join are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
5. Your choices and rights
- Stop WhatsApp or email messages at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to us.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No online system is fully secure, so please contact us if you notice anything wrong.
