These terms apply when you join the D2C Growth Cohort ("the cohort") or book the Founder Growth Audit ("the audit"), both run by incrementalvalue ("we", "us"), founded by Deepak. By paying, you agree to these terms. Section 11 covers the audit.
1. What you get
The cohort is a live online program held on Saturdays and Sundays for 4 weeks. What each plan includes (Live, Pro, 1:1) is listed on the pricing section at the time you pay. Classes run on an online meeting tool such as Google Meet or Zoom; the link is shared in the batch WhatsApp group.
2. Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not see or store your card or bank details. Your seat is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
3. Schedule changes
If we need to move a class, we will tell you in the batch group in advance and the recording will be shared. If we cancel or postpone the whole batch, you can take a full refund or move to the next batch.
4. Your access
Your access is personal. Please do not share class links, recordings, templates or group access with anyone else. We may remove access without refund if this happens. Recording access lasts as stated in your plan.
5. Conduct
Be respectful in classes and groups. Do not share confidential data of any brand you work with. Any account data shown in class is anonymised and is for learning only — do not copy, share or publish it.
6. Content and ownership
Class material, templates and workflows are for your own learning and work. You may not resell, republish or teach them as your own course.
7. No guarantees
We teach skills and share our experience. We do not guarantee any job, salary, client, ROAS or business result. Results depend on your effort and many factors outside our control. Referrals in the 1:1 plan are made only where there is a genuine fit and are not a promise of hiring.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the cohort is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.
9. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
11. Founder Growth Audit
The audit is a 1-hour live video call with Deepak, followed by a written report within 72 hours of the call. During the call you can share your screen; if you also give view-only access to your ad, analytics or store accounts, we use it only for your audit and you can remove it at any time. We keep your data confidential and never share it or use it in public material without your written permission. The audit gives recommendations; it does not guarantee any ROAS, sales or business result, and you decide what to implement. Our total liability for the audit is limited to the fee you paid. Rescheduling and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
